INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
Fully refundable if cancelled prior to 24 hours of departure or if cancelled by the operator and an alternative date cannot be arranged.
No refund will be given if the customer cancels within 24 hours of the trip departure.
No refund will be given for a no-show of client(s).
We recommend our guests hold a comprehensive travel insurance policy in case of any unexpected changes in their travel plans that may incur a cancellation fee.
CHARTER PAYMENT
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the charter.
Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the charter.
CANCELLATION
We require seven days notice for charters and 24 hours notice for individuals if the booking is to be cancelled. If an alternative date is not arranged full price will be charged. if a charter booking is cancelled within seven days of the sailing only the deposit will be charged.
REFUNDS
In the unlikely event we cancel the trip due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given if an alternative date cannot be arranged.
Partial refund will be given due to unsuitable weather conditions such as too much or too little wind. Customer has the option to choose between 50% refund or a non transferable complimentary voucher.

All departures are subject to wind and weather conditions.
Explore NZ (2004) Limited and its member companies reserves the right to alter proposed routes or cancel any departures in the interest of passenger safety and comfort.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however contracted rates agreed with Explore NZ (2004) Limited and its member companies will be valid for the season for all agents.
